Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to 241 Members events, productions, and experiences, including Out of Office Pride. It is intended to help every attendee, speaker, sponsor, volunteer, staff member, production partner, and guest understand the standards for participating in our spaces.

Our Commitment

Out of Office Pride and 241 Members are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.

We Expect All Participants To

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism.
  • Celebrate diversity across identities, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
  • Engage in discussions constructively, even when opinions differ.
  • Respect personal boundaries and consent.
  • Follow venue rules and applicable laws.

Behaviors That Will Not Be Tolerated

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Unwanted physical contact or sexual attention.
  • Intimidation, stalking, or threatening behavior.
  • Disruptive conduct that interferes with the event experience.
  • Recording or photographing individuals after they have declined consent.

If Something Happens

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify an event organizer, production lead, or 241 Members staff member immediately.

Removal And Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, production, or experience without refund if their behavior is deemed harmful, unsafe, or inconsistent with this Code of Conduct.

Agreement

By attending or participating in an Out of Office Pride, 241 Members event, production, or experience, all participants agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to a positive community experience.
